Enable (or Disable) AutoCheck: Click this button will disable or enable Auto Checking for this instance of application. The spell checker is automatically enable when you restart this application.

Unload:Click this button will unload AutoSpell from this instance of application. The spell checker is automatically enable when you restart this application

Disable always:Click this button will unload AutoSpell from this instance of application. The spell checker will be disabled forever. You can enable this application from AutoSpell control panel.
